The decals I purchased seem to be high quality. Time will tell. And they are exactly what I needed. Product price was also very acceptable. But for a $14 order and weight of only a few ounces, a $27 shipping charge is significantly excessive. If that's the standard rate you get with FedEx, you need to change delivery carrier. If I found similar decal from another provider with reasonable shipping charge I would have purchased from them even if decal cost was higher.

Hi John, This is something we have worked to resolve many times, but it always comes back to one thing: the Shipping Cartels set all the prices for us. When you place an order, the website sends FedEx all the weights and dimensions and they tell us what the price is going to be. We don't get a say in the matter. We don't make a dime on it- you pay what we pay. All we can tell you is that it's still cheaper than going to the FedEx store and paying retail prices.
